Why these headings?

• Purpose — establishes what the file is doing.
• The Proposition — the core idea someone can agree/disagree with.
• Why It Matters — gives the rationale.
• What It Means — removes ambiguity.
• What It Could Look Like — moves from abstraction toward examples.
• Questions — explicitly creates things people can reply to.
• Invitations — asks people to contribute thinking.
• Possible Actions — converts thinking into AoP activity.
• Evidence — separates aspiration from what we actually know.
• Related Conversations — links to AI chats, presentations, etc.
• Replies — provides a natural place for responses to accumulate.

I particularly like The Proposition because it changes the character of the document. It says:

Here is something we are putting into the world for you to respond to.

rather than:

Here is an essay we expect you to read.
